This is a service that IEO provides to the patient as an alternative to collecting the report and/or diagnostic images at the office counter. The shipment may be requested to the clerk either at the moment of the administrative admission, that is performed prior to the visit or examination, or afterwards, by referring to the following instructions and using the forms in this section.

The shipment of the report and/or the images is not to be confused with the request of the duplicate medical records, for which you are required to request a certified copy of the medical records relating to the hospitalization or an extra copy of diagnostic images/reports.

What can be shipped to your home address:

All reports of diagnostic tests and their images can be shipped to your home address.

With regard to the receiving single documents via email, this service is only available for the following types of examinations and are digitally signed:

- Diagnostic Examination

- Histology, Cytology 

- Laboratory tests and HPV Test

Note: Endoscopy medical reports cannot be sent via email 

Request for Diagnostic Images

The images that have not been collected along with the report can be requested free of charge within 10 years after performing the examination.

In case of the patient collecting the images in person, a request may be submitted at the office counter itself (Reports Office, IEO2, Floor 0) and will be processed immediately.

In cases of third party collection requests delegated by the patient, we remind thatthey must have the following documents:

- Delegation signed by the patient

- Identity Document of the delegate (valid)

- Photocopy of the Identity Document of the patient
