Make an Appointment
Specialist visits and outpatient services (e.g. diagnostic exams) can be scheduled as follows:
- By phoning the Central Appointments Office ("CUP") of the European Institute of Oncology to +39 02-57489.001 (Monday-Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm).
- In person at the Admissions Desk
- By using the e-CUP service (see below)
Specialist visits and all outpatient services (diagnostic exams, etc.) at the European Institute of Oncology can be conducted through the Italian National Health Service (SSN) or privately, for which a fee is charged. For visits and outpatient services on a fee basis, patients may choose their physician (Libera Professione).
Admissions to the European Institute of Oncology are scheduled following a specialist visit with an Institute physician, and all the procedures involved in scheduling hospitalisation will be handled at that time.
Please note that only italian residents can access to the hospital through the Italian National Health Service (SSN), foreign people can access to the hospital privately.
e-CUP Service
The e-CUP service makes it possible to schedule, confirm or cancel a specialist visit or outpatient services (diagnostic exams, etc.) at the European Institute of Oncology through a simple guided procedure, at the end of which an e-mail will be sent confirming your request.
