The IEO Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is an action plan with the objective to support gender equality at the IEO (Department of Experimental Oncology).  The plan was developed in the framework of LIBRA, a European project awarded within the H2020 EU Call for Promoting Gender Equality in Research and Innovation, and is active since July 2016. The IEO GEP Team coordinated the development of the GEP at the IEO, which is based on a template provided by LIBRA.

The plan foresees in total 37 actions in the following areas of intervention:

• Recruitment
• Career Development
• Work-life Balance
• Sex and Gender Dimension in Research
• Governance
